Most likely, you cannot.

Your computer is identified to websites you access by its IP (Internet Protocol) address. These addresses are allocated to different companies and organizations in blocks, and many websites can determine whether your IP was allocated to a US organization.

There are some cases where the location of your IP is ambiguous, but this is almost never the case when you receive your Internet service from a consumer Internet Service Provider.

If you're really dedicated to fooling a site into believing you're from a different country, there are some options, involving "proxy" servers, where another computer essentially downloads the content then immediately forwards it to you. If you're prepared to do some additional learning and work, take a look at my references.

click start > run > type "control" (without the quotation marks) > find "Regional and Language Options" > once that opens up, go down into the lower area of the "regional options" tab where it says "Location", change that to "United States".

you may have to re-start your PC to get it to trick the website or whatever...

hopefully that works

Try using dyndns.org services. You can setup a dynamic DNS for your IP address, this will allow you to get a .com address. This should work, theoretically.

you can't.
