No.
When you ovulate, your ovaries release an egg, which travels down the fallopian tubes to the uterus. That journey takes a couple of days. If the egg or eggs run into any sperm along the way, then there's a chance that the fertilized egg might implant in the wall of the uterus, and a pregnancy results. If you don't ovulate, there's no egg, so no pregnancy.
HOWEVER, many people don't KNOW when they're ovulating. Or ovulate irregularly. So it is possible to get pregnant when you think you're "safe," if that makes any sense.

If you know for a fact that you have not ovulated the answer would be no (ovulation means that you have released an egg). No egg then no pregnancy. It would be possible for someone to ovulate and not notice the signs thus become pregnant. Also if you think that you have become pregnant because you are late it may be due to that fact that you did not ovulate. I would have really long cycles when I was not ovulating. I went to the Dr. was put on provera and became pg 2 weeks later,

unles you know when you ovulated then yes it is possible.
yuo can sometimes ovulate twice or ovulate later than you though you would.
or you could have sex 5 days before you ov and the sperm can still live til you ovulate.
