i would like to know if it is possible to get internet traffic to my whole sale site and if it is, would it be realistic to sell things one by one at 40 or 50 % off one by one on this site?

Your posts will probably be deleted because you're posting the same questions repeatedly. It'll be successful if you are selling something people want, and if you are honest. Just use lots of good keywords and buy Google Adwords. I did that for the first couple of years and now I don't buy any advertising at all. I don't know about your prices because I don't know what you're selling. Just charge what you need to earn.
