connect it to pc, open icon in 'my computer' and move all the music to a file on your pc.. then right click icon, format, use FAT and ignore Quick format... put all your music back on and it will be fine... try the pb, website for a software upgrade....

Try formatting and resetting the player, if it doesn't work, you will need to contact the manufacturer to see if you can get a replacement. If it's bought within 30 days, go to the store and get an exchange.

permit it set for countless days to dry out thoroughly. do not turn it on or mess with it. basically permit it set. It looks such as you have already tried utilising it, with any luck, not something have been given shorted out. Odds are that's ineffective, yet with some success, it could dry out and paintings ok.
