A National Leader is an individual that is selfless in his actions, not narcissistic. An individual that informs the citizens of his technique on how to fix a countries' flaws such as economic instability, corruption, rebellion, etc. He does not lie, he takes actions that are logical, moral, and that progress the nation. A perfect example of a legitimate National Leader was Ronald Reagan.

A national leader is one who must put the safety, health and future well being of his/her country and it's citizens ahead of the wishes of the few. This person must make difficult decisions based on information at hand and many times ignore opinions and recommendations that although popular, don't represent the best interest of the country.
