There is quite a bit of information on the web about this book. Many of your question could be answered by reading summaries and character notes. Number 3 and 4 could be answered from this page.
http://www.bookrags.com/notes/cru/CHR.htm

And if you read the book prior to this assignment many other could be figured out from other clues on the web.

Number 5 is a no-brainer, but I will give the first two parts. John Proctor is considered a sinner because he does not care for the voice of authority (of the church or court), does not want to be involved with the witch-hunt, he does not faithfully attend church, but mostly because he had an affair with the seventeen-year-old Abigail Williams. Abigail was the house keeper or maid. She hates Goody Proctor and wants John to herself. How is his sin viewed in Puritan society? . . . figure that one out.

Good luck!

Almost anyone who will answer you here is going to tell you that you should do your own homework. This is a famous play and very easy to come by. Any borders/Barnes and Noble should carry it and they are all open late, plus any library will have it, and it is in tons and tons of play collections.

these are all pretty easy questions to answer if you've read the play, so why don't you grab a copy at a bookstore or library - or get to school 2 hours early and try to read it before your assignment's due?

I have read the play, and I would be able to give the answers, but this is obviously YOUR homework and I do not have the time or energy on a Sunday afternoon to do your work for you.

Hey, I am having a cup of tea and a BREAK for gracious' sake!! Start your homework on Friday night and then you;ll have time for it!!

Sorry you forgot the book - you can get a synopsis off the Internet. . .

I was going to give you a scathing response about doing your own homework, but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and believe you left your book at school and simply don't have the text to read.

Try this site: http://www.sparknotes.com/lit/crucible/

Or you can always try and explain to your teacher that you didn't have the text.

Rent the movie, the book is a play-write and the movie follows it almost line for line.
It saved my life on a few tests.

Go to a book store and buy a copy. Expecting us to do your assignment teaches you nothing.
