I was wondering if many of you have a second favourite team?
For instance...
I am a Canuck fan...
but when not cheering the Canucks I cheer the Senators.

I am a big Flames fan, but if they get knocked out, I always cheer for Canadian teams, especially Ottawa or Montreal.

First of all that is illegal. No second fave. The ONLY reason you can have a second fave is. For example, when I was a kid I was a Bruins fan...then the NHL expanded into Vancouver. I was not going to divorce my fave so the Nux became my second fave to the B's.
Luckily, the B's suck so badly under the Jacobs' ownership, I did divorce them after about 35 years of being a fan and now by default am a suffering Nux fan watching the lowest scoring most boring team in the NHL this season.

I am a Montreal fan,,,,don't really have a second favorite team, but I always cheer for the underdogs when Montreal is not playing,,,,

Penguins will dominate soon and I feel sorry for the BlackHawk fan and I am happy about the blight of the Toronto Maple Leafs.

i like the new jersey devils but my second team would have to be the buffalo sabres then the pittsburgh penguins then the new york islanders then the new york rangers i know it sounds crazy to root for my rivals but i like these teams
