I joined the Navy a couple of weeks ago, and I ship out in July. I know I'm in good enough shape for the regular Navy, but right after Boot Camp, I go to BUD/S. I need to get into extremely good shape before July, so any advice or tips on how I can improve my run times, swim times, etc. would really help.

get the "body for life" book or read some on their website. Their way of working out (weights and aerobic) really makes drastic changes in your body. The running is only 20 minutes at a time, but you change pace every minute, increasing your speed then it slows and speeds up again. It really works, I think it explains it on the web site so you won't have to buy the book. They also have a diet plan where you eat 6 times a day. I did it for a couple months before I took my firefighter training and it really helped me improve. Good luck

It for sure works and if i might observed it precisely i think of it would scare the residing daylights out of me because of the quantity that i might lose. So thank you back for the advice. i've got under no circumstances bought something like this previously because of the fact they're often crammed with trash, yet 3WD has been a delightful marvel. get all started immediately!
