Try some chamomile tea w/some honey. Stay away from
cold drink. Use a heating pad. That's what I give my
daughter, works every time.

I have had great success with cramps recommending a calcium-magnesium-zinc pill 3x daily with meals, and 3 servings of fruit a day for potassium.

Hot bath, hot towel on cramps area, or heating pad on that area. Lots of Motrin or Aleve. And the best of all: exercise in any form.

Eat bananas. The potasium in them helps with cramps. Also ibuprophin (sp?) helps.
