it is agaisnt the law because that is the way it is you can't date an 18 year old until you turn 16 cause that is the legal age and otherwise you will send the 18 year to jail you should really think about the other person involved

Listen your boyfriend can go to jail if he has sex with you. You are not of legal age until you are 18. Stop running around having sex there are a lot of diseases out there you have to be careful. You don't have anything in common with an 18 year old anyway. It is against the law sweetie!!! Check yourself

Kristen: I could explain the "why she shouldn'ts", but she is too emotionally involved already to listen. The 18 year old is robbing the cradle ... perhaps ( girls in general, are 2 years more maturer mentally than their age ) . BUT ... 15 years is the time for education, exploring the world, enjoying friends and dating around with guys around her age . It is not a time for going steady ... being tied-down to one guy in one relationship !

She is considered underage. If the two of them were to have sex he could be charged with statutory rape.If it was only heavy petting or making out he could be charged with aiding or contributing to a delinquent.Either way she is to young to make good sound decisions in a relationship.To many guys are on the make and when things get out of hand she may not be mature enough to say no and mean it.

you should probably expalin to her that he couuld go to jail or get into some other kind of trouble if he is caught doing somethin that he shouldnt b doing with her
