You can't---you have to see an optometry shop.
Wearing contact lenses is a lot harder that you think--there is an adjustment period, and you can seriously damage your eyes if you over-wear them or get an infection.
You shouldn't have to pay for an exam, just a fitting/wearing session, and the contacts themselves.
I'm guessing it will run you about $100 or less.

Acuvue 2 Colours! u can buy it at the eye doctor place at walmart for walmart prices!
i use Acuvue but its clear and it has a prescription. its veryyy comfertable.

Yeah, but I wouldn't recommend it. I heard from someone that color contacts have caused eye problems in some people...you should probably do some research and talk to your eye doctor about it.

yes, there are some types that you can wear. i am not sure of the brand names, but i do know that you can find some at local supermarkets, drugstores, etc.
