Toys For Tots is a GREAT charity. Most toys will be a great gift.
Here are two ideas:
1) Go to a toy store, find one that is in your budget.
2) Visit the Toys For Tots website (below) for ideas
I also, have the link for FAQs on Toys For Tots
On behalf of the United States Marine Corps, thank you for your generous support, and have a very Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays and a blessed New Year!

Bratz dolls or popular type toys.... just cause the kids are poor doesn't mean they want crappy stuff. Maybe some paint by number sets. How about some crafty kits? Your local big chain craft store sells them cheaply and has coupons too. Playdough sets are nice too and some of those crayola arts sets are nice!
My Post office is a collection point and I can not even tell you how bad some of the donations are! People keep donating dirty, dusty, funky stuffed animals ( huge garbage bags of them) and last year we got a outside toy that had dog crap on it. People also donate dollar store toys and dog toys ...sad really

Awww, first of all right on for giving. The kids love anything and everything.
Some ideas:
1. Barbies/Bratz Dolls
2. Transformers/Action Figures/Star Wars
3. Games
4. Dolls
5 Anything Spongebob
I am sure they need things for babies as well. Congradulations on making a difference.

specific, it concerns. the babies do not choose previous uninteresting, grimy, stinky, scratched-up toys for Christmas! sparkling those up, verify they have all the factors, and supply them to Goodwill or an identical charity. Then donate a pair of greenbacks to Toys for little toddlers or get some low-priced new toys for them. by no skill heard of having Tater little toddlers for toys.

I'm sure that anything you donate will be greatly appreciated. You may want to contact the Marines to find out exactly what would be needed if you wanted.
