I have heard this before, and when I looked on the internet, they all said that it was a "myth" and a beauty magazine said that too. But it seems like it does, and other ppl. have told me that too. Say, hypothetically, I shave my legs (which I do), does that mean I am going to grow MORE hair on my legs??!! I would wax them, and I have before, but it's too expensive and I just can't afford it right now, and too painful!

You can make your own wax you know and do it yourself, google it. You don't get MORE hair, but hair may appear that you did not see before since it can grow back longer.
