No, she did not. Meriweather Lewis did. Sacajawea was a teenaged native american that probably did not have much schooling and likely did not know how to write.

I do not believe that she was literate, but Merriwether Lewis kept an extensive diary of the Lewis and Clark Expedition. If you want to know about her, there are two very good novels: Sacagawea, (I can't remember the name of the author) which details her life before, during and after the expedition (you'd better really want to know about her, though--it's over 800 pages long). Another is From Sea to Shining Sea, by James Alexander Thom.

I do not believe she has one, but of course the Commanders of the expedition had a Diary of they journey to across the continent
