There are many serious problems with Indianapolis. I have reserved myself to these answers. First, they show no effort on offense or defense. Secondly, teams are just pounding the ball on them because their defensive players are so small. They are not physical. Third, they do not have any type of will on offense. Their is no complexion in their once exubariant offense. They also had eight drops versus the Jaguars. That is horrendous. I estimate that 3 of those drops would have led to points. Lastly, you cannot keep on putting everything on Peyton Manning's shoulders. Yes, he is a great quarterback, but in a one dimensional offense he cannot always throw the ball. The defense is not helping by being dead last against the run. During the off season they will need to make great ramifiacations to their horrendous defense. Even with Bob Sanders, they would still be devoured by a tough, physical team. They need a dominating DT and LB for them to succeed. I am sorry, but they are not close to being a Superbowl team.

The Colts are just losing their pace going into the last weeks of the regular season. That is not good at all.

PS. They allowed over 300 yards rushing today. That is a horrible sign. My proffesional assessment would be for them to get bigger players, get a mastermind defensive coach, and not spend all their money on their offense.
And I completely agree, that until they reprimand the things that I stated they will be completely worthless a franchise.

They don't hold the ball enough. I mean last week they only had the ball 9 times with 3 of them times being in the 2nd half. You have to do more than just score TD. You have to use time well and stop teams from runing all over you. Indy only wins because they can out score teams but if you use 3-4 DEF on them they will score alot less.

It's their defense. Hands down, plain and simple: it's their defense. They can't hold receivers and their job of holding the run is just horrible. Today though, it wasn't like they showed up at all. I mean seriously, all of those dropped passes? WTF?!? Peyton didn't even look like himself.

I hate to say it, but I think that Peyton is a perfectionist player, and that first loss to Dallas has thrown him off kilter. Hopefully he'll be able to recover against this to go onto Cincy next week, but you just never know. Hopefully today was just a bad day and not a sign of things to come :-/

Do I think they'll be in the Superbowl? Probably not. Not with a 32nd ranked defense...

Indy has a terrible run defense. If they can't stop the run, then, despite all the hype, I don't think they'll succeed in the playoffs, not to mention getting to the superbowl. But, who knows? Maybe Payton and co. will get it together!

Their run defense is non-existent. If they're going up against good running backs then there is not much of a chance for them to win. Peyton Manning has to play perfect for them to win a game, its a shame that they have to score so many points just to win since their defense allows so many points.

Cause they have room to mess around now. Plus the fact the whole league is bought. Scams. I'm losing tons on pro line this year.

I wateched the game today, and I gotta say, hearing that they were ranked 32nd against the run is one thing....but to see it.....yikes!

The Colts run defense could not stop me running......assuming they would want to try.

Indy's run defense is horrible, so they are very vunerable, basically teams can run all over them
