i went to this restaruant with my freinds and we were talking about wat we were asking for for xmas and stuff. we were saying how we want ddesinger purses and jewrlry and shoes and we also decied that instead of saddles were going to have our parents make a 5000 dollar donation to cancer and aids charitys. well the waitress was evesdropping on our convo and she told us we were all spoiled b itches, she goes to my school, and then when we were done she told us she spit in our drinks, and then she quit so she wouldnt get in trouble wat should we do????

Well for what its worth, I think that its incredible that you're going to donate $5000 dollars to charities. Thats very generous.
If I were younger, I'd tell ya to make it a point of spitting on her food or something. lol But I'm older, wiser now....all that good stuff so I'll say just let it go. Obviously she's jealous, you're talking about designer this and thats and she's working at a restaraunt. She would have to be extremely miserable to pull something like that. I say "what comes around goes around" but she sounds like a very miserable person, so she probably already paid it forward.

Even though what she did was utterly wrong and disgusting, let me try to appeal to you from another area that no one bothered to touch on. Think about this for a moment please..
Your friends and you are all sitting having dinner, talking about all the finer things in life that you guys can afford.. All the while this girl is working her butt off and probably has to work for everything she wants or might possibly need maybe because her parents can't afford it (hence why she called you spoiled bitches). Not saying you are, just saying why she in her way of thinking may think that. .
She let her jealousy and anger get the best of her. Maybe instead of going to the manager, its not really going to do you any good anyways, she already quit her job, and all he can really do is offer you a free meal and an apology.
How about doing this.. Send her a Christmas card.. This might change her outlook on you and your friends to see that you are not spoiled bitched just fortunate. Jealousy is a horrible thing, but this girl may not be getting much for Christmas and it may have been the most horrible emotional thing for her to sit there and listen to you guys talking about all the things you will be getting while she works really hard and probably wont have much for Christmas.
Maybe a little Christmas Charity is right there in front of your face in the forms of a Christmas card to this girl.
All I know is for one thing I wouldnt stoop to the levels some of these people above want you to stoop too. Like spreading rumors. Two wrongs do not make a right.

First off i would like to say that i am pretty impressed that you were going to donate what sounds like half of your christmas money to charity...but there are millions of people who dont have that option some people dont even get presents AT ALL....maybe the waitress was in that kinda situation do you know her that well maybe she has a family budget problem that is making her work in some resteraunt with no time for herself....you sound like you dont know anything about her...you should not judge people that you dont know..personally i am proud of her for making a stand for all the people that dont get anything for christmas or people who dont have as much clemancy as you do ....I am sorry, i don't think she should have spit in your drinks but she probally had some reason to call you all spoiled Because you dont realize how blessed you are and that makes you ignorant to all the people who dont get your options in life...

Spitting in your drinks...totally wrong...completely childish...and downright disgusting...But on the other hand you have to look at it from her point of view no she should not have spit in your drinks and chances are well...she didn't...It is commendable that you would have your parents donate money,but what's that going to do for you? she was probably just having a bad day and isn't as fortunate as you are...obviously this isn't the first time you've "boasted" if you will...about your money or she wouldn't have said anything...I agree with the girl who said send her a christmas card...kill her with kindness it works you'll be the bigger person and hell you might even make a new friend...

i can see where your both coming from..your heart is in the right place for wanting to donate money..but instead of using your parents money maybe you should raise money yourselves your sense of accomplishment will be amazing and it will be something that you have worked for..the waitress should not have spit in your drinks but just understand that she might not be as well off financially that you are

omg... some people just can't help keeping their oppinions out of other peoples lives, I know I HAD a friend like that. You could go file out a complaint to the resturaunt where she worked and screw up her resume. anything else could get you in trouble.
If I were you, I'd spread a rumor or something about her. Nobody gets away with that ****...
