I absolutly hate the holidays. I love the lights, love the tree, but ohh man those ginger bread them. I have had many night mares involving those little guys. It often ends in my eating a foot and then an army of them eating my brains out. Is this odd?

Yes this is a desease, although quite rare. It is called Gingerbearamentoadilicousaphobia. I know the name sounds funny, but a friend of mine, ladonica, recently ate her own arm off because she thought she was a ginger bread man.

I would say this is quit odd especially if you dream it repeatedly. If you have excess to a doctor see one. I would like to suggest you either not eat anything before bedtime or try eating something different because often what we eat before we go to sleep effects our dreams.

just because you have bad dreams about something, doesn't mean you have a "fear" about them. Do you get anxious when you see gingerbread men in your everyday life? Sometimes our dreams are manifistations of other thoughts/anxieties, but not necessarily about the thing we are dreaming about. No need to go to the doctor
