Smear test, breasts (not mammogram), blood test for diabetes, liver, heart, cholesterol and a general MOT or at least this is what they should test you for. I've had one in Spain with an English doctor and she said that's what they test in the UK. It painless and nothing to worry about.

Your blood pressure will be checked, you may be asked to give a urine sample to test for glucose, protein and other chemicals, your breast will be examined and possibly a smear will be done. You will be asked about general health and have a chance to ask any questions....;

Symptoms of breast cancer or cervical cancer. The feel for lumps on the breasts and scrape cells from the cervix to be tested for cancer.

they check your period ,nipples and they check when your getting pregnet
