exercise then run exercises then run keep on doing till you puke you guts up...then do it all again.. something to do with dieing of a heart attack at a really young age

To go round a circuit of different activities designed to wear you out and apparently make you fitter and stronger!

we circuit for cheer....its to built up your indurance so whatever your doing will be a lot easier


in cheer we run 1/2 mile then do our routine and then do 1/4 and do it again for an hour straight, we also condition between laps doing crunches and push upa and anything cardio
