Im also in an awesome relationship, now I weigh aprox 120 lbs at about 5 ft. Im not fat... my chest is proportioned with my bottom and i have a cute little tummy...*thats what my fiance says* But I would like to lose weight... like 10 lbs... which will look like 20 since im so short... Is it better to be a little thicker than too skinny? Are men Really attracted to thicker woman?

if your fiance is cool with it then whom do you want to impress again? You may lose that pounds and lose your fiance.if he hasn't bothered you about it,then save yourself from that trouble.I'm 5'4" and weigh 112lbs.i eat as much as i can to increase my weight but to no avail.i don't see the reason why you will want to lose that 10 lbs because you weight and height is normal .your weight is great, don't do something you might regret later.

Hi, check out what you ideal weight should be according to your height.

Based on my experience, you'd still be healthy if you lost 10 pounds but you are probably perfectly healthy right now.

Too skinny is a turn off. If I can see bone too much, thats not good. I prefer a woman to be healthy.

Men are attracted to almost anything. Depends on the guy. Obviously your fiance is fine with you and I believe the heart association is as well. I'd say, maintain your current weight.
Keep fit and hopefully enjoy a nice marriage in the future.

Good luck to you.

Whether a man likes a thick woman or not, is a personal preference to that man. And I dont know about all men, but most of the guys i know, do like thick women.

So you don't really HAVE to lose weight, but if you feel you'd look or feel better thinner, go for it. : )

It depends on the man. In the 14th century it was standard for artists to draw big, voluptuous women, hence their liking for thicker women. On the contrary, in todays world, photography of female models is rarely of thick women.

Get your body fat checked. Height and weight measurements only give you BMI which is worthless because everyone is different. I cannot give you a visually healthy and physically healthy body fat percentage because I do not know your age.

there are men that like the thicker women... some women it makes the curves stand out more. But this is or should be about you...If you want to lose the weight go ahead, if you want to please your bf do that also... bit what makes you happy is the number one choice. I myself could care less because some women look sexy thin and some look sexy thick. Treat your man right and he'll be happy.

don't lose any weight.....120 is about as low as an adult should go, anything less is suspect...and yes, men are attracted to thick women who are proportioned right, especially if they have something else to attract the man like a beautiful smile, good personality, and isn't all about self.

If you're in an awesome relationship why would you worry about how you are viewed by other men. If you do not need to lose weight for health issues and your man is happy w/you, why do you feel the need to lose weight???

I am 5'3 and have a fully upper body as in breast. but No i dont think you should lose any more weight . You sound to me perfectly fine for your heighth.I think men like a little roundness in a female body. I know that for FACT as in i need to lose about 30 or so pounds. Men just like to have some skin that's not skin and bones. THey like to feel all those extra lbs.Makes them Horny . Trust me on this one.A man doesnt like to feel bones.

It sounds like you could lose the weight, but don't need to. I think you should do whatever you think. I've heard that how "thick" men like their women depends on race and culture. So, be what you want, as long as you are healthy!
