Well it can take months for a woman to get pregnant to begin with. There are so many things involved with conception. Keep trying. You do not have to stand on your head by the way... you can just prop a pillow under you hips ( so that they tilt down in the direction you are trying to get the sperm to go) in bed and lay there for about 20 minutes. Make sure that you are not wearing your husband out too. Every two to three days will work. It will give him time to replace his sperm count in between. If you have not had any luck with in 6-9 months see a physician. Good luck

well as long as u are sure when ur ovulation days are ur doing it right. Just be patient have sex before you go to sleep so as much of the sperm as possible can make it back to the cervix. Also before my fiance and conceived our baby in October he had been away on business for a week and when he came back, I'll say it as nicely a possible, he ejaculated more sperm that usual and after 4 months of trying and thinking I would never get preg I did, we even conceived a day after I began ovulating!!

I didn't get up the whole night and I am now 12 weeks preg with my 1st baby.

Keep praying and keep ur faith it will happen when the time is right =-)

Keep on having sex, however, try to do it ever other day. This gives your man some time to build back up. When you are having sex don't stress out about not making a baby that just makes it worse it will happen when the time is right.

this might sound funny but my mom had the same problem and after sex she went in the bathroom and did a headstand i dont know how long id guess a few min's but it worked! also i knwo you shouldent be on top- think of possitions that would help the sperm travel like rear entry - stick up your butt and lay your body down

a good way to increase your chances is to start taking prenatal vitamins, sex of course is going to be the way to get pregnant. Lay afterwards with your knees up and hips off the bed, under a pillow, this allows the semen to get to the egg. Also when he cums in you have him on top or doggy style , laying on your side, with you on top the *** can not get to the egg as well as others. But prenatal vitamins will help i swear by it! helped me get pregnant and my baby is due in 2 weeks!
