Hmmm... I am worth being a friend and suppot person in someone's life today because I was honest with myself and to others. I took care to be kind to others and myself.

I don't have to prove my worthiness to anybody. Just to myself. No one else can tell me who I am and I don't owe anything to anyone. I earn what I want in life. I never use force, including begging, except in direct self-defense. That is my sole criterion for goodness.
