Yes I do accept that I am vulnerable at that time.
I think the acceptance helps to overcome the sadness and brings strength.

I find that there is a certain strength within the admission of vulnerability.
It takes courage to let yourself feel in the deepest and truest sense.

i try not to show hurt or pain in public settings b/c it embarrasses me to show that I've allowed another to affect me that deeply.
