Little pink bumps are growing on my nipple every once in awhile, around the outside of the nipple. Is it a pimple? It doesn't look like one. Is this normal and what is it?

lol, its just the way they are designed. Pores toots, occasionally they may excrete something much like a pimple but they are not pimples. Its just pores that clean themselves out periodically. Those little bumps make it easier for a baby to latch on when you're nursing.

The areola also houses the Montgomery’s gland that may appear as tiny, raised bumps on the surface of the areola. The Montgomery’s gland helps lubricate the areola. When the nipple is stimulated, the muscle fibers will contract, the areola will pucker, and the nipples become hard.

As long as they are the same color as the rest of your nipple and aureole it is probably just what is called Robinson or Robertson bumps. They are normal and are nothing to worry about. If you are concerned ask your doctor at your next visit.

its okay don't freak it could be heat bumps from you getting hot or ti could be somthing like a stress bump they are pretty normal my doctor said 95% of pregnant women get them try using some baking soda and anti itch cream wash them with that about 2 a day it should help and they should go away after about 2 days

first you should definitely go to the doctor as soon as possible because maybe that's pregnancy or an infection . what makes an infection in a nipple is either that you touch your boobs too much or your bf does and by the way your gross but you should still go to the doctor

sounds like normal areolar tissue, sometimes the openings of the ducts swells up a little, usually hormonal. doesnt sound like anything serious from your description, but if worried just go and see your doc- dont feel embarrassed or silly, it's what theyre there for!

I ad these and asked my mom about just yesterday..there normal and sometimes they even have pus indide-ick right?shes a d cup and im a b -if that helps its normal for her

could be nothing or a pimple like you think but i would see a doc the next time you get one and make sure it is. im sure its nothing but prevention is always a good thing.
