my breasts are kinda big for my age and they are cone shaped they also have strech mayks by the nipple!

It is completely normal. As mentioned you just had a rapid growth spurt,the stretch marks can be lessened by moisturizing the area . In time they will go away as your skin catches up with your breast size. The shape is also normal,again it has to do with the breast tissue growing faster than the surrounding skin.

Well, its just showing that you develop very fast. Just like when you are pregnant, you get stretch marks because your body must adjust and grow faster than your skin can handle, so it stretches. That is probably what is happening to your breasts.
