I was wondering have you ever wrote your own story or series inspired by Harry Potter?

no but a few years before HP came out I had started writing a story somewhat similar to it. Never finished it though.

I’m sure someone has been inspired by Harry Potter to write something, heck Harry Potter has inspired people to read. I don’t know of anyone who has written something that they were inspired to write it because of Harry Potter. Lots of people write Fan fiction which is inspired by HP, but your more asking about someone writing a book or something that was inspired by HP but isn’t a fan fiction.

Barry Trotter is a parody of Harry Potter

Well, Harry and Hermione are a classic couple that so many people predicted. It would be cute, you have to admit, although do like Ron and her. I've always thought a character like Neville would be cute with Ginny too, because she's nice and he's shy. You have to love that The whole opposites attract thing would come to play if it were Luna and Fred too. It's awkward, but adorable. My favourite couple in the series, or one of them is Remus and Tonks. Go for that if you want to. Hope this helps!

Truthfully, I really dislike Harry Potter so I haven't written anything for it, but a bunch of people have here: http://www.fanfiction.net/l/224/3/0/1/1/0/0/0/0/0/1/
