There can be several reasons for breast enlargement. Assuming this is not a generalized gain of weight, hormonal effects are most common. These can be related to monthly menstrual cycles; to use of oral contraceptives (birth control pills); or to pregnancy. Your physician can help you sort through the possibilities.

If you are a teen you are probably still growing including your breasts. Also as already stated if you gain weight you will notice an increase in your breast size.

My breasts didn't stop growing until I was 24, and even now they fluctuate as I gain or lose weight.

If you are a teenager,you just have not finished growing yet. If you are past puberty then either you are gaining weight or you are pregnant.

umm.. maybe youre putting on weight , or growing up depending on how old you are or pregnant. many reasons....
