Are you using diaper wipes on her? If so, try to use a soft washcloth and some warm water instead.
Keep her without a diaper and continue to let it air out. Keep using the desitin as well.
Let her go another day or two and if it still doesn't seem to be getting better then call her doctor and see what they recommend doing for her.

My son just got over a bad diaper rash. This is what I did, don't use the baby wipes on her, use a washcloth and warm water. Use the Desitin at every diaper change, I loaded my son up with that everytime. Make sure to change the diaper as often as possible, so you keep the moisture away from her bottom as much as you can. And it should clear up. You can let her air out too, that helps also. It took a few days for my son's to really clear up . Hope this helps.

Definitely take her to the doctor's. And in the future, they are a bit of extra work, but cloth diapers reduce the frequency and intensity of diaper rashes. They also end up more cost effective and are better for the environment.

Desitin doesnt work that great. Try just regular Vaseline that works great. To be on the safe side take her to the ped.

she may have a yeast infection which would need an antibiotic cream to clear it up. if the rash has small red pimple like bumps on it, you should take her to the doctor to get some cream.
