can u DOWNLOAD games etc. TO a CELL PHONE through a data cable?

i dont have internet access but would like to purchase and download games, ringtones etc. my phone is a motorola v3c razor

You can download games to your RAZR through a standard USB cable or Bluetooth. Games are installed using a program called MIDway. There's detailed instructions on how to do this here:

The program Motorola Phone Tools, or MPT can be used to put ringtones on your phone. Look on your favourite P2P service or mIRC for this program.
