Five Steps
1- Don't eat after 7:00 pm
2- 1 hour exercise daily (Jogging is fine)
3- for 3 months eat 1 meal only daily @ 6:00pm
4- u can eat Vegetables & Carbohydarates OR Vegetable & Protien (but never mix Protien with Carbohydrates)
example: Salad/ with Rice/ Pasta OR Salad with Steak, but never eat pasta & meat together
5- afetr 3 months u can eat several times a a day, but still not later than 8:00pm, don't mix carb with protien, and 5 hours between every meal

Winter time is the best time to lose weight because our metabolism slows down due to the natural hibernation instinct.
When eating a large meal drink a lot between bites this will fill you up faster.
Drink Green tea. It contains a herb that allows your body to crave less carbohydrates such as bread potatos and other foods that cause us to gain more weight without feeling full....Try and get active as well Shovel the driveway, go skiing or skating, take a nice brisk walk (but over dress, it will allow you to sweat more)

Weight watchers is a good way to lose weight but it does cost, around $12.00 a week. They teach you a lot about what to eat, how much to eat and give you recipes and exercise tips as well. A friend of mine used the weight watchers online and said it was just as good but I think that you have to pay for it up front and not on a weekly basis.

eat fruits and vegetables. and DRINK A LOT OF WATER. eat like, salad or some healthy like that for a meal, and don't forget to eat breakfast, cuz that speeds up your metabolism. and don't forget to exericise.
