Welcome to the confused real world. I detest condoms. I fear AIDS & Hepatitis a lot. I am also addicted to sex. This mirrors the situation you speak of.

You better be sure you can overpower me under any circumstances. Oh, yes. Be also prepared to have someone at your side 24/7/365/eternity to keep you from doing something stoopid. It is absolutely impossible to protect people from themselves. The only way it can work is with their cooperation.
Wake up & smell the coffee. You are COMPLETELY powerless over anything at all that happens in Africa. You are only driving yourself nuts believing you have any answers. Accept that truth & you will gain some peace of mind. Refuse & be miserable. I hope you choose the way of sanity, but that is all I can do.
