Not to sound corny, but there are hot women in nearly every nationality. It all depends on what a person's definition of beauty actually is. If a guy likes blonde haired blue-eyed girls then he'll typically name a European country. If someone happens to like dark hair and eyes and more exotic features they might name a latin american or asian country. There are numerous other examples. There are also beautiful women who are mixed ethnically. (I'm Spanish, Irish, and Lebanese for example.) The number of possible answers are numerous and varied.

Somebody asked a similiar question to this in "resolved questions" and I wanted to answer it but couldn't, so I'm glad you're asking this. Well, I'm a girl, and heterosexual, but I've heard a lot of guys say Brazil has the hottest and most gorgeous women. Other guys, though not as many, say that places like Sweden, France, Italy, Hong Kong, and S. Africa have the hottest/most beautiful women. It just depends on who you ask, but most guys I've heard are always saying how Brazil has the most beautiful women.

There is no objective answer to such questions. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. However, one has to accept that nowadays, media advertising and marketing ploys have created particular stereotypes or false standards of beauty, especially in highly developed countries. This is why beauty icons change with every generation, from Garbo to Monroe to Moss, especially since WWII.
Personally, I envy the looks of women from the following countries: Syria, Ethiopia, Greece, Italy, Korea and Sweden. It's like there are almost no ugly or boyish-looking women in those places.

When you say "Hottest", you may be refering to availability, as well as beautiful. If this is the case, than Split, Croatia has got to be the answer. Split (pronounced Spileet), is located in Croatia, on the Adriatic Sea,(Meditranean Ocean, sp?) aprox. 20km. north of Mecarsca, the ratio of men to women is aprox. 8:1, and this is where the beauty pagent recipients come from.
The reason for the high woman to man ratio is because of the war. The men were killed in the conflict in the late 80's. But as for your question, I believe this is where the most beautiful women come from

I think you can find beautiful women wherever you go.
I reckon New Zealand has more than its fair share of plain ones, though.
Sydney has some extra beautiful babes.
I'll always like our home grown British women best.
