I've played for just over 5 years,my dads a coach ,and I've never been sacked when you get the ball 1st look for recievers 2nd look for a way out(run up) 3rd try rolling out and back to the pocket while looking for recievers it'll always work

Get rid of the ball quickly. If you throw a pass quickly to an open receiver than they are not allowed to hit you after you have released the ball.

It is typically much harder to throw while running.

I have the perfect answer. You run like hell or better yet if you see them and cant move just drop to the grounded in a fetal postion and suck your thumb can cry like a baby. I used to see bret farve get nailed and get back up and he is going retire cause i dont think he is healthy anymore.

why should they avoid the hit. Just get pushed and fall on the ground and the refferees will throw the roughin the passer penalty some damn fast.

Run like hell. Stationary objects get clobbered. If you can't move you are doomed.
