text message to the UK from the states?

Does anyone know a tmobile web site that i can go on and send test messages to ppl in the UK?
my friend lives in london and has a tmobile phone, I was wonderin if there is a web site that i can go to, to send a text message to the cell phone.......

oh and I tried the tmobile site and it does not have a place to send text messages
