There is no way to "hold" antimatter. Antimatter will release greats amounts of energy as it anhiliates regular matter. Right now, FermiLab holds antimatter in a small particle accelerator. It cannot touch anything until they need it.

Antiprotons are stored in an electrostatic trap called a Penning trap. Only a small amount can be stored due to electrostatic repulse of the antiprotons. I forget what the actual limit is.
