I was in 3rd grade. I remember feeling betrayed that my parents had lied to me about it. I was more hurt by that than by the fact that Santa wasn't real.
I'm still telling my kids he's real. My husband insists that he won't let Santa take credit for anything HE buys. We'll see. :)

they never told me that they weren't real, its just everysince the presents 'made' by 'santa' was from a near buy store, AND my mom told me where she got it. (6th grade)
but i realised that my perents was the pretend 'santa' when the toothfarie always 'forgot' to take my tooth away. and somehow my parents rushed to get it when i told them this. (i was in 2nd grade)

They never told me. I thought I could be smart one time, and try to meet him, so I slept under the christmas tree; my parents went downstairs to put the presents there, and, not knowing I was there, woke me up! I saw them doing it and got all mad lol
