I have a 96 neon with a fuel problem, When it has a full tank of gas its using a quarter tank every 30 miles I've checked and changed the spark plugs and had the injectors cleaned and had the fuel pump replaced but I still cant get the fuel under control. The only other thing I think it might be is a sensor in the fuel line ?

How are you measuring the fuel consumption rate and are you sure that someone isn't jacking with the car when it is parked and you cannot watch ----fill the tank,,write down the miles on the speedometer,,drive your car for four or six days((whatever is normal between fill-ups)) --fill up the tank ((top off both times)) and divide the gallons of gas into the miles driven--don't forget to buy a locking gasoline cap to insure no theft and do this calculation for a few weeks and see if the gas float in the tank is bad or if there is a leak in the line or a bad injector...

If you were burning that much fuel your car would be struggling to go due to the rich condition. You would get considerable black exhaust smoke. I don't see these symptoms mentioned so I would let the car idle and look underneath for a fuel leak

I think your on the right track. More likely than not it's a sensor. possibly a tps sensor (throttle position sensor) or the MAP sensor which tells the computer whether or not to richen/lean the air/fuel ratio.
