putting shaving cream on the person who is sleeping's hands, and tickle thier nose with a feather so that they smash the cream on thier face.
still to a person who i sleeping, put thier hands into warm water so they pee the bead.
this one is pretty mean, but put eyedrops in thier food. it acts as a laxatve
if you are downstairs and this person is a really heavy sleeper, drag the sleeping bag into the backyard

Don't know if this is ' nice ' or not . . . but when I was a teen girl one of the girls would sneak an article of another girls underclothes, run it under water to get all wet, re-shape it, then put it in the freezer overnight. When other girl woke in the morning looking for her bra, it was shown to her frozen.

well if everyone teams up against one person then you can tie them to the bed and do anythng to them like give them a hideous make-over and tickle them till they pee or just try to get some juicy secrets out of them

put some toothpaste in a condom, add a little water and leave it in someone's bed. see if they mention it in the morning.
