Do you use the word Have and Had when using first and second prepositions(I and you...Is that what it's called? prepositions no It can't be)

Is it wrong to use have and had in the same sentence. Or like I have had speghetti with spinach in the past.

or He has had cancer but he's cured now.

Have had is fine. I have had a headache for over an hour.
He had cancer would be proper.
