Pinochet.

Noriega killed political opponents, Saddam technically didn't kill his own people he killed Kurds other ethnic minorities who were not part of his ethnic grouping

I don't know about Pinochet...but I don't believe that Noriega was really known as a "killer" while in power. Saddam killed thousands of Kurds, and often anyone against his regime.

I know that Noriega had several advisors that mysteriously died, and some other people..but he was never involved in mass killing. His eventual demise was the fact that he was aiding the illegal trade of drugs.

Saddam killed tens of thousands of Iraqis but G Bush killed nearly a million Iraqis and destroyed a whole country forever, he also killed ten of thousands in Afghanistan and allowed others(!?) to kill thousands in Palestine, Lebanon...G Bush comes second after Hitler.....So Pinochet, Saddam and Noriega are nothing comparing to your hero!

Bush has killed more of Saddam's people, than Saddam.

Many say they were better off with Saddam. At least they had a country that was not in total ruin, and with a death toll in the hundred thousand range. Actual figures are being grossly understated by the Administration.
