I work at 24 hour counseling agency at which we help people over the phone. One rule that I hate is that we can't eat at our desks, even at night when no one is around. Of course, I would never be chewing as I answer the phone, but why can't we have a snack between calls instead of going to the break room? Even those of us who are very clean and never leave crumbs are not exempt.

When I was a manager for a coffee shop we had to take back any products that people wanted to return. It wasn't a big deal til one guy kept returning a $100 coffee grinder every year around the same time saying it was broken. We knew he was just trying to get a new one and the one he returned was just fine. Our district manager finally let us not accept it after 3 years.
