Being charismatic is a way of life, having the zeal and passion for others. A charismatic person is noticed by the peace that he/she has. His approach to life is different and nothing is impossible to him. He pursues success in all things but with others in mind and never looks down on anyone. He masters LOVE which I've defined as "doing onto others what you want to be done to you". A charismatic person is like a tree which has lots of branches and lots of shade. everybody runs there for shelter and for rest. He is a person who never discourages and success is in his blood and he gives it out freely. No need to tell people who they are, cos they are like a lantern in this dark world. Being charismatic is not about race, education, wealth or even religion. It's about being you without any influence.

Charismatic comes from the word charisma which means 1.an extraordinary power of healing for example given a Christian by the Holy Spirit for the good of the church. 2. It is also a personal magic of sorts that draws people to someone.

There is also the Charismatic movement which is basically the same as the Pentecostal movement, but some people now days prefer to call it charismatic. Within the Charismatic movement God moves among the people and gives them His gifts to to be used for the good of the people. The Holy Spirit has gifts available for His people which include a varieties of gifts, one being the gift of healing. There are 7 gifts and 9 fruits of the Spirit. Most Charismatic people want all the gifts God has to give them. I suggest you begin to study the Bible for more information.

Being charismatic is a term applied to those who have the ability to easily charm and persuade people. Some are born with it; others cultivate the ability through a learning process. If you've ever heard the expression, "He could sell ice to an Eskimo," that only means that the person is very charismatic. Learn to be a good salesperson.

A charismatic person has a great charming way of letting you know that their way is a good and proper way to be. They are definitely 'people people' and can light up a room just with their presence. A charismatic person makes others around them feel at home in their presence. They seem to have to offer things to you that you may yourself lack in character... strong spirit... sincerity... a love for life etc. etc.

But it does not make them good people, some of the world's lousiest human beings had 'Charisma"

It means others are attracted to a Charismatic person.

Most likely a person is born this way. But certainly the traits could be cultivated.

They generally are pleasantly outgoing, interested in others, not self absorbed.
Dress nicely, immaculately clean about themselves, nails, hair, teeth, clothing, everything.

Care about others, be helpful. Have a pleasing and even temperament. Listen to others when they speak, interact, be pleasantly conversational. Always have something nice to say about others.

These are a few suggestions.
