Cool ? Not really, they are one of the first `designed for the purpose` leisure suits. I have seen pictures of athletes from the 1930s` wearing track-suits. They were designed to be loose fitting garments which were easy to put on and take off for runners. Of course to-days track-suits are worn as wearing apparel for non-runners also.

I used to love them - recently chucked a couple out but now wish I had kept them - they were so comfy.
