Well who would know but Charlie himself. But I would say... That ultimatley things that make no sense can make better sense than the answers we are given and expected to believe.

helter skelter! Didn't he celebrate the idea of total anarchy, and that you could only feel truly alive when killing people?
He spoke in riddles as I recall. I don;t suppose he meant anything in particular.
He's just another guy who read too much into some Beatles lyrics.
Actually I have always wanted to hear some of the songs he allegedly recorded with Dennis Wilson of the Beach boys- don't suppose I ever will though.,

I don't know what he meant! but to me, "the no sense makes sense" means, that no matter what it is, everything has a meaning hence a sense! Even though you don't see it or feel it, everything in life makes sense to someone or some thing

He meant that whenever something made no sense in life, that it makes sense. Because of life, whenever life makes no sense, it just means that life is making sense to you and everyone around you.
