I cant seem to get the cover off?I have the light and know how to put it in but i cant get that far.

The lens doesn't come off, the light is the only thing you replace. It goes in through the back of the lamp, its has to be taken out of the socket and replaced with the a new one. It just twist out of the socket. Don't touch the glass of the new lamp, the oil from your fingers can shorten the life on that $9.00 bulb.Use a cloth or paper towel to install it.

The bulb plugs in to the back of the headlight assembly.

square head light? 4 screws... round head light, 3 screws...
