You need to soak them in an acetone based nail polish remover. I know......they suck to remove.

Soak your nails in hot water for a few minutes and gently try to ease them off. If you have trouble with this you should go back to your manicurist and they will either take them off for you or give you an acetone based solution to remove them.

Pour pure acetone on a bowl, then put your nails in it for about an hour, they'll start getting mushy. Then take a nipper and take them off.

Soak your hands in fingernail polish remover for awhile. It will dissolve the nails.

usually they'll come with a remover, but if they didn't you can buy some at nail places, or Claire's. another way is to soak them in nail polish remover, and then CAREFULLY pull them off little by little, and if they show resistance, soak them longer.

I think you should file them down as far as they go, and then soak your hands in warm water for a long time. When the nails start to get wiggly, try to peel them off while they are still under water. This works, trust me!
