When something happens once or twice it sounds incomplete
but when something happens the third time it seems complete
why is that?

when a bell rings once or twice it doesn't sound good
but when it rings thrice it sounds like the final thing you know what I mean

sounds to me like your very insecure and you don't trust your judgement.
have to confirm three times before you can accept that you might be right.
