Yes I am still learning, I didn't realise what a pain in the backside I was til someone pointed out to me what a negative outlook I had, one year on and I have learned such alot, being positive has taught me to respect myself that in turn I respect other people. self confidence plays a large part also, and laughter, laughter they say is the best medicine.
