Yes I am still learning, I didn't realise what a pain in the backside I was til someone pointed out to me what a negative outlook I had, one year on and I have learned such alot, being positive has taught me to respect myself that in turn I respect other people. self confidence plays a large part also, and laughter, laughter they say is the best medicine.

At 56, alot less, but still comming to better understand why I see the world and myself as I do. It's a constant re-evaluation.
