After combing your hair briskly, hold the comb near to a water tap with a thin stream of water coming out.

The water should zoom right to the comb if you hold it close enough and if you've combed your hair briskly enough. This is because your comb has picked up a bunch of electrons from your hair; these electrons attract the dipole of water and water wants to get near it. The attraction probably won't last too long, though.

You are supposed to see a slight deflection fo the water towards the comb.
Combing you hair will accumulate a static electrical charge in the comb (provided it is not metal). That charge will attract water, as water molecules are polar (the hydrogens atoms are at an angle, not lined up on either side of the oxygen atom), and polar molecules are affected by electrical charge.
