It has to do with their menstrual cycle. During the cycle where the women is most fertile, she subconsciously feels the need to "show her stuff", so she can attract a mate for breeding.

If there's some guy we like that we think we might see that day, we might dress sexier than on other days.
And on some days, we might dress frumpier than others depending on whether we've done laundry lately and have any clean clothes to wear!

You see, we go through daily phases. One day I might feel excited, so I might wear a lacy, black dress and black stilettos to go shopping. Another day I might wear black shorts and a gray UCLA sweatshirt with black flip flops and abseloutely no makeup. It's just that we like to wear what we feel comfortable and sexy in for that day. I mean, when I'm comfortable, I'm feeling sexy.

We just feel sexier some days than others. Or we may be trying to impress someone on some days and we know we won't be seeing them others. There are a million reasons...

You name it, a fashion sense in our mind just come to light!
Guys do the same, just not as good!

Sometimes they just don't care what people think and want to be comfortable,other days they feel really good about themselves and want to look nice so people will notice.
